YEF is a global movement to inspire young generations to become purpose-driven leaders, who seek to follow the passionate life of Jesus Christ and transform the lives of others as well as their own. By creating an evangelical and witnessing community on campus among students, YEF is hoping to create a seedbed of great revival through the youth across the world, that would ignite the passion and love for Christ into people’s heart.
With more than 40 countries across the world, the YEF staff, volunteers and members are dedicated to using their talents and youth for kingdom building works. Our main activities for basic operation include:
Bible Studies
Embrace your identity in Christ and live out your calling. Offering individual and group studies, YEF is proud to offer deep and extensive Bible studies. Join us and go deeper in the Word during your college years, which will stay with you for many years to come. The Word of God has the power to change lives and so we aim to give you this great blessing that will surely change your whole life. Transform your lives with the power of His love.
Summer Training
Every year, YEF offers summer training in the U.S. and South Korea. This training of 3 to 7 days, will allow students to be surrounded in the Word and prayer, while in fellowship with others from all around the world. These days usually consist of Bible studies, camping, visiting attractions, as well as, practicum of mission such as evangelism, teaching etc. Stay tuned to our site events, if you’re interested! Program may vary each year.
Mission Trip
He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation.” -Mark 16:15 Just as Jesus said to His disciples, YEF believes we have a responsibility to spread this Living Word to all peoples on this Earth. From North America to Africa, South America, Europe, and most other continents, we offer great opportunities for all students to travel to distant lands, as well as, places close to home, to preach the truth of the Gospel to students just like them!
Volunteer/Short-term Projects
Interested in furthering God’s kingdom with the talents God has given you? YEF provides volunteer opportunities that anyone can contribute to building the ministry together. You can share your talents with our campus ministry to reach more of the unreached student on college campuses. Volunteer positions vary from video making, Web design, technology, event-planning, communication and much more.
Internship
Work under a trained professional in any field and learn the ropes from them! Internships at YEF HQ are open to the YEF members from local chapters who have finished their leadership training and are willing to serve in building the ministry together. As with volunteering, you have the option to intern in video making, Web design, technology, event-planning, communication and more.
Discipleship
Discipleship is one of the key focuses of our ministry. Jesus also raised twelve disciples among the many crowds that followed. Those who are willing to follow the life of Jesus, by overcoming all the hindrances of the world were selected and preciously guided with Word of Jesus. YEF is dedicated to raising students on campus into disciples of Jesus with a more adaptable program for campus life. With small group and personal mentoring, the Bible can guide us to know the heart of God and His amazing salvation. Through our program, you can discover the meaning of salvation, the cross, the calling of God in our lives and much more. Yes, just as Jesus said, “Go, make disciples!”
Large Group
YEF large group meetings facilitate a Christian community on campus with deep studies of the Bible and discussions on living as disciples of Christ. Meetings are open to anyone who is interested in knowing Jesus Christ and include fellowship with snacks and a short sermon. YEF encourages chapters to have large gatherings weekly.
Leadership Training
YEF offers leadership training regionally and nationwide to provide rich spiritual foods to the students in need. Leadership Training is open to the students who finished their discipleship program on their campus. During their training, they will be equipped as teachers and missionaries on campus by learning about mission and the practicum for instructing students.
Vision Trip
YEF mission trips are short-term trips designed to identify the possibilities and needs of different people in many different circumstances. with the intention of mission search, missions exploration, and field trip exploration, to formulate the mission vision of the person and to provide missions, meet with missionaries, visit missions, and schedule trips. Available Vision Trip locations are the Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, South Korea, Japan, Mongolia, Europe etc.
