YEF North America Establishes New Chapter in Georgia Tech

YEF Georgia Tech was officially approved to be a club on campus at the Georgia Institute of Technology! Although it was a long process from the beginning of this year until now, YEF GT finally can host events and meetings with the possibility of gatherings in the future for students on campus.

Georgia Tech will be the second YEF chapter pioneered in Atlanta, Georgia. The first chapter was organized at Georgia State University. These two campuses are the first of many. The hope is for YEF Atlanta to grow and spread to other universities like Emory University, Clark University, Morehouse College, Spelman College, and more. However, it won’t stop there. By joining the fellowship on-campus, YEF hopes to guide more students to the church.

Two current students at GT, Diego and Sébastian, will help develop and lead the newly established chapter. Due to the close proximity of one of our local churches, Atlanta Bethel Community Church, they will work together with the new chapter’s volunteers and help with the overall mission in Atlanta.

YEF North America hopes to continue to reach students across the Southeast, in states like Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

This plan to evangelize and expand in the southern regions will be sealed with prayer and guidance from YEF HQ.
