YEF Mongolian New Member Starts to Study “The Ancestors of Faith” for a 40-day Faith Journey

Brother Uuganbaatar, who became a newly registered member last week, is going on a 40-day journey from this week. The 40-day walk is an important point in a person’s faith. Within the Bible, the number 40 shows up often. Because 40 appears so often in contexts dealing with judgment or testing, many Biblical scholars understand it to be the number of “probation” or “trial.” Following this belief, the member finds it important to go on this faith journey.

He is also fasting for 3 half a day in order to connect with God more, understand God’s word and love Him more, and become a person according to God’s guidance. In his 40-day journey, he will focus on the word of God and wishes to be filled with love and encouragement as he learns the ways of the “Ancestors of the Faith”.

He shared : “God is giving me a realization of many things through his wonderful words. The main thing is that God wants to build faith and love for God in fallen people. So, I want to have more faith. God has also called me to be an ancestor of the faith. Therefore, I want to become a person who gives more importance to God’s will and God’s story.”

Please pray for his spiritual growth through the word of God and commitment for God’s Kingdom.
