As November draws to a close, YEF takes this time to reflect on the ministry’s progress since the beginning of the month and after the World General Assembly. It has been a month of growth, commitment, and new developments within the global ministry. Many leaders have had a time of reflection and were able to meet one another briefly afterward face-to-face. Upon returning home, YEF leaders began to move with even greater passion.
YEF started the month on a powerful note, with two YEF China leaders, Pastor Deborah and Rahab, being ordained as pastors following the World General Assembly. During the ordination, the leaders shared heartfelt reflections on their calling and prayed for God to use them as vessels for His work. Their commitment to serve was a powerful reminder of the mission that continues to unfold worldwide.
In the Asia-Pacific region, YEF leaders attended several important conferences, forging strong network relationships. These connections are essential for the continued growth of YEFโs mission to spread the Gospel across nations.
Meanwhile, across various regions including Europe, Korea, Japan, the United States, and Africa, YEF teams have been diligently evangelizing and teaching, gaining valuable experience and insights into the realities of ministry work. Through these efforts, YEF continues to pray for their students, hoping to see more lives transformed as individuals commit their hearts and lives to Christ.
At the global headquarters, the development of a business-as-mission model is well underway. This model, alongside the commitment to training self-sustaining ministry leaders, is key to YEF’s vision for long-term growth. The ministry remains prayerful, trusting that the day will come when missionaries will be equipped to support themselves while continuing their calling.
A special highlight this month was the appointment of a new leader, Brother Aashish Joyson, as the YEF India Intern Leader. YEF is excited to see how God will work through Brother Aashish as he shepherds students and deepens his understanding of Godโs heart through mission work. His leadership will be an important part of YEF’s ongoing efforts in India.
As the holiday season approaches, YEF prays that each chapter and region will continue to move powerfully in their mission, allowing the Holy Spirit to work through them to bring one more soul to Christ. This season of reflection and thanksgiving serves as a reminder of the ministry’s commitment to advancing God’s Kingdom across the globe, with hearts full of gratitude for the work already done and anticipation for what is yet to come.
