In the past week, Pastor Andrea of YEF Hong Kong continued her faithful evangelism efforts at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), resulting in two new students beginning Bible study.
On May 22, Pastor Andrea met with Brother William, sharing about the Christian faith and introducing the gospel. Just two days later, on May 24, she shared the Four Spiritual Laws with Brother Anzhe, who made the heartfelt decision to accept Christ as his Lord and Savior.
On May 25, YEF Hong Kong held its weekly Sunday service, where Pastor Philip preached a powerful message on John 2:13-22, titled “Cleansing the Temple.” The sermon focused on the importance of spiritual purity and honoring God in our lives.
Brother William, attending Sunday service for the first time, shared:
“Today’s lesson reminded me to focus on how to turn earthly treasures into heavenly treasures.”
Sister Yanran, who joined the service online, reflected:
“Money has both a bright side and a dark side. We should use it to save souls and learn to find satisfaction in God, restoring and cleansing ourselves as temples of God.”
The week’s events reflect God’s continued work through the ministry, as new hearts are touched, the gospel is proclaimed, and believers are encouraged to walk in holiness.
