On May 22, 2025, YEF Orlando carried out a dedicated evangelism effort at Seminole State College, resulting in two new contacts—one of whom joined the group Bible study later that same day.
The study, attended by both new and returning students, focused on Romans 1, offering a time of deep reflection on the seriousness of sin, the danger of idolatry, and the justice of God’s wrath. Through the Scripture, the group was reminded of God’s righteous standards and the consequences of humanity’s rejection of Him.
One student shared a heartfelt reflection:
“His wrath is just and righteous because He deserves to be praised for creating us and the world. Since His creation has rejected Him—even after the sacrifice of His Son—it makes sense that He would be angry. God has made Himself known, so the consequences of turning away are justified.”
This powerful study left a lasting impression on the students, encouraging them to consider the weight of sin and the hope found in repentance and grace through Jesus Christ.
YEF Orlando asks for continued prayers that each student will remain centered on Christ, growing in their relationship with God and walking faithfully in His truth.
