YEF Florida Welcomes New Summer Volunteer with Heart for Mission

As the new month of July begins, Youth Evangelical Fellowship (YEF) Florida joyfully welcomes Jubilee, a passionate student from Riverside Campus, who has joined the summer internship program for mission training. With a heart full of gratitude and expectation, Jubilee shared that it is by God’s grace alone she is able to take part in this precious time of spiritual growth and service.

From her first day, Jubilee immersed herself in the mission atmosphere—visiting key areas of the YEF Florida property, joining a Bible study on a nearby university campus, and participating in a short seminar centered on the vision of mission. These opening experiences have set a strong and encouraging tone for the weeks ahead.

With a sincere heart, Jubilee expressed her deep desire to fully engage in mission life and to understand more deeply the heart of God, who longs to save even one more soul. Over the coming days, she will take part in a variety of ministry activities including campus evangelism, intercessory prayer, Bible teaching, and hands-on training designed to equip her spiritually and practically for the work of the Gospel.

In her reflection, Jubilee shared:

“Honestly, I didn’t have many plans this time, but I came here believing that God must have a greater plan. There was far more prepared than I expected, and so much to learn. When evangelizing, I hope to find prepared souls, and I also hope to learn a lot at the headquarters.”

“There is a chapel in the center of the YEF building where I can always pray and talk with God, which is such a blessing. The atmosphere is full of grace, and everyone has been so welcoming and caring that I haven’t had a single thing to worry about.”

“Even though I took a night flight and only slept two hours, I was able to forget my fatigue and joyfully handle the many new schedules. I feel a bit nervous about various things, but I’m also excited, and above all, deeply thankful. The prepared ministry, the building, the precious members who warmly welcomed me, and the opportunity to learn — all of these are truly gracious and something I’m grateful for. I want to do my best to learn everything I can here to the fullest, without missing anything.”

YEF is deeply encouraged by Jubilee’s heart and prayerfully expects that this time will be one of transformation, revelation, and deeper intimacy with the Lord. Please continue to keep Jubilee in your prayers—that through every experience, she would be strengthened, trained, and used powerfully for God’s kingdom work. Let us raise more passionate leaders like Jubilee, who walk by faith and carry the Gospel boldly to the ends of the earth.
