Youth Evangelical Fellowship (YEF) Hong Kong continues to find creative and Spirit-led ways to reach young people in today’s fast-paced, digital world. The team is currently exploring and experimenting with new forms of online evangelism to meet the spiritual needs of this generation where they are—online.
In a recent effort, Pastor Andrea uploaded six short videos on the WeChat Video Channel, addressing practical and heartfelt topics such as parenting and “Choosing a Life Partner While Single.” These subjects have resonated deeply with young people, particularly in an era where many are searching for guidance on love, relationships, and family. The videos were warmly received, garnering many likes from fellow believers and “little lambs.” Some viewers even reached out privately, offering encouragement, testimonies, and words of affirmation, showing how even short messages can spark meaningful conversations and connections.
On July 27th, YEF Hong Kong also held its Sunday service, where Pastor Philip delivered a powerful sermon from John 11:1-44 titled “If You Believe, You Will See the Glory of God.” The message centered on faith in the midst of impossibility, drawing from the story of Lazarus to inspire attendees to trust in God’s power and timing. The worship service provided a time of spiritual refreshing and reflection for all who participated.
