YEF Romania Member Visits YEF HQ : More Members to Students Visiting the Intl HQ

Ilinca from YEF Romania recently traveled to the Youth Evangelical Fellowship International Headquarters in Florida, where she was warmly welcomed by YEF HQ members and local staff. Her visit became a meaningful moment of connection between the mission field in Romania, the work at headquarters, and the wider global family of the church.

P. Danielle guided Ilinca on a tour of the headquarters property, sharing not only its history but also the vision that continues to shape YEF’s ministry today. She explained how the property has long been a place for fellowship, training, and preparing future leaders who will take the Gospel into universities and nations around the world.

For Ilinca, this experience was both encouraging and eye-opening. Coming from Romania, where evangelism and Bible study are steadily growing, she was able to see firsthand the foundation and resources that support YEF’s global mission. It reminded her that each local chapter’s work is part of a much larger story of God’s plan for young people worldwide.

Ilinca reflected on her visit, sharing:
“Even though it still feels kind of surreal for me to be here, I am so grateful to God for being here in the central point of the ministry I serve in and have been a part of for over two years now. Finally visiting the country that indirectly contributed to my faith—bringing me to the light, to real Christianity back in 2020—is amazing. God works in such incredible ways and He deserves all the praise. I thank Him for each and every person I have met so far, and I look forward to finding even one lost sheep on campus before I return to my country. May God work amazingly during this time!”

The visit left both Ilinca and YEF HQ members inspired to continue strengthening the bond between headquarters and local chapters. As more students and leaders engage in training, prayer, and fellowship, YEF moves forward in its mission—to raise a generation of young leaders devoted to Christ and to the spread of the Gospel.
