YEF Continues to Build New Connections and Grow Faith at Seminole State

Members of Youth Evangelical Fellowship (YEF) visited the campus of Seminole State College with a heartfelt desire to share the Gospel and connect with students seeking deeper purpose and faith. Motivated by the hope of bringing even one person closer to Christ, the group stepped out in faith to engage with students and introduce them to the message of God’s love and salvation.

Throughout the outreach, the YEF members spoke with many students, offering friendly conversation, prayer, and invitations to learn more about the Bible. Several students showed interest and shared their contact information to stay connected. One memorable moment occurred when YEF mission volunteer Ruth held an impromptu Bible study with a student named Gianna, who expressed genuine curiosity about faith and Scripture.

The team also took time to pray for the campus and for the hearts of the students they met that day. Later, they gathered for a Bible study focused on Romans 8:18–27, which reflects on the hope and glory that await believers despite present struggles. The discussion encouraged everyone to hold firmly to faith, trusting in God’s plan and the promise of His kingdom.

Among the participants were returning students Cam, Max, Sirena, Rachel, Marlanda, Dylan, and Amia, as well as a newcomer, Madison, who shared her excitement to continue attending future sessions. The group’s warm fellowship and thoughtful discussion created an atmosphere where both new and returning members could deepen their understanding of God’s Word together.

As the outreach concluded, the students received an invitation to join a fellowship gathering at the University of Central Florida, opening new opportunities for connection and collaboration with other Christian students in the area.

YEF continues to pray for the students at Seminole State College—that they may be strengthened in faith, protected in their daily lives, and continue to grow in a meaningful relationship with Christ. May the seeds planted through this outreach bear lasting fruit and inspire more young people to seek the truth and hope found in God’s Word.
