Tonga YEF Campus Bible Study Welcomes New Students Through Romans Study and Team Activities

On May 19th, YEF Tonga held a Bible study gathering at the University of the South Pacific (USP) Tonga campus, where six students participated, including four first-time attendees. During the gathering, the students studied Romans 1:1–17 together, reflecting on the introduction to the book of Romans and the message of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ.

After the Bible study, the fellowship held a Scripture quiz activity in which the students were divided into two groups. The winning team received a small prize packet of biscuits as encouragement. This marked YEF Tonga’s first effort to include interactive fellowship activities alongside Bible study in order to help students engage more naturally with the Word of God and with one another.

The activity helped create a more open, joyful, and welcoming atmosphere among the students, encouraging participation and conversation throughout the gathering. Video highlights from the event were later shared online as part of YEF Tonga’s ongoing outreach and campus ministry efforts.

YEF Tonga continues praying that more students at USP Tonga may come to know the Gospel, grow through Bible study and fellowship, and experience God’s grace personally through the ministry on campus.
