On May 26, 2026, YEF Orlando gathered for a leadership and teacher development session focused on prayer and spiritual dependence in ministry. Participants spent time reflecting on the importance of maintaining a strong prayer life and learning to rely on God’s guidance rather than personal strength while serving others. The training emphasized that effective ministry is rooted not only in knowledge and preparation, but also in faith, prayer, and dependence on the work of the Holy Spirit.

The gathering also provided an opportunity for participants to continue developing practical teaching skills and deepen their understanding of discipleship and spiritual leadership. Through ongoing training, YEF hopes to equip future leaders and Bible teachers who can serve students with wisdom, humility, and a strong foundation in Scripture.
Following the training, the group held a campus Bible study with students centered on Romans 1. The discussion focused on the existence of God and humanity’s response to the evidence of God revealed through creation. Participants reflected on how the natural world points to God’s power and character, while also considering the importance of gratitude, faith, and seeking a deeper relationship with God.
The fellowship hopes that students will continue engaging thoughtfully with Scripture and grow in their understanding of faith through regular Bible study and discussion. In support of this goal, YEF Orlando has also been continuing to improve educational resources and teaching materials, including the development of updated study guides and presentation materials to help make Bible studies more engaging and accessible.
After the Bible study, members continued campus outreach by meeting students, inviting them to future Bible studies, and sharing information about upcoming fellowship activities both on and off campus. Through these efforts, the team hopes to create opportunities for meaningful conversations, spiritual growth, and Christian community among university students.
YEF Orlando continues praying for students, volunteers, and ministry leaders involved in campus outreach. The fellowship also prays that hearts may remain open to God’s Word and that the ministry may continue serving students with wisdom, compassion, and renewed purpose throughout the year.
