YEF China Members Find Encouragement in Faithful Outreach Despite Rain

YEF China members continued community outreach despite rainy weather, encouraging one another to share the Gospel with joy and gratitude. Although the day did not result in new contacts, the experience reminded them of the importance of perseverance and trusting God beyond immediate results.

Light rain began shortly after the members set out. Rather than ending their outreach, they encouraged each other to make the most of the time available. When the weather worsened, they adjusted their plans and sought sheltered places where they could continue meeting people and introducing Scripture.

Those they approached did not express interest in further study that day. Nevertheless, the members remained grateful for the opportunity to serve together and share their faith. On their return, they sang a worship song, remembering God’s faithfulness and entrusting their efforts to Him.

Their experience reflects a familiar part of outreach: some days bring new relationships, while others require patience and perseverance. Through both, YEF seeks to help members grow in sincere love for others, approaching each conversation with humility and respect.

The day also highlighted the encouragement found in serving alongside fellow believers. Supporting one another helped the members maintain thankful hearts through changing circumstances and disappointing responses.
