Do 2015 roku misja YEF dotarła do kampusów w Ameryce Północnej, Ameryce Południowej, Europie, Afryce, regionie Azji i Pacyfiku, Azji Południowo-Wschodniej i Azji Południowej. Wzrost YEF odzwierciedla opis Królestwa Bożego dany przez Jezusa:
“It is like a mustard seed, which, when sown upon the soil, though it is smaller than all the seeds that are upon the soil, yet when it is sown, it grows up and becomes larger than all the garden plants and forms large branches; so that the birds of the air can nest under its shade.” — Mark 4:31–32
YEF mocno wierzy w rozwój międzynarodowy i w wyposażanie młodych ludzi z różnych środowisk, by poświęcili się Jezusowi Chrystusowi i Jego Wielkiemu Nakazowi. Przez nauczanie biblijne, uczniostwo, ewangelizację, rozwój przywództwa, rekolekcje, konferencje misyjne i życie lokalnej wspólnoty YEF pragnie pomagać młodym wierzącym z pasją wcielać styl życia skupiony na Królestwie. Youth Evangelical Fellowship jest członkiem World Olivet Assembly i członkiem stowarzyszonym World Evangelical Alliance.
Dziś YEF nadal patrzy w przyszłość z wizją kolejnych kampusów, miast, centrów misyjnych i narodów.
Od małego ziarnka gorczycy do rosnącej misji międzynarodowej — YEF idzie naprzód w wierze, wychowując następne pokolenie, by kochało Chrystusa, służyło Jego Kościołowi i niosło ewangelię narodom.
